PAY DUES ONLINE! To make life easier, a new online system will enable you to instantly see your association account, make payments using your debit card or credit card, manage your personal information and print paid invoices for tax purposes. Watch for login information and other details included with your annual billing statement.

NO INCREASE IN LOCAL REALTOR® DUES – AGAIN! The Association Board of Directors voted recently to keep local REALTOR® dues at their 2002 level of $195; the seventh consecutive year without an increase. Earlier increases in membership numbers and other cost efficiencies allowed the association to operate at a surplus and keep annual dues level during the current period of declining membership. Today, there are approximately 850 REALTOR® members; that compares to 900 a year ago.

DUES STATEMENTS COMING SOON. The total dues bill for 2009 will be $505 ($190 for local Affiliate members). This reflects a $26 increase by the Nebraska REALTORS® Association for 2009 and a $5 increase by the National Association of REALTORS® for their Public Awareness Campaign.

Total statement for 2009 REALTORS®:

REALTORS® Association of Lincoln $195
Nebraska REALTORS® Association $195
National Association of REALTORS® $115
TOTAL $505

DATES: 2009 dues will be billed in mid-July and are payable as of August 1. A $50 late fee will be assessed to all accounts not paid prior to September 1. Unpaid accounts on October 1 will result in member services being terminated. Annual dues may be paid by check, or online using a debit card or credit card.
