Minority Outreach Scholarship Program
As part of an ongoing commitment to affirmatively recruit individuals from all racial and ethnic groups to the Real Estate profession, the REALTORS® Association of Lincoln offers minority scholarships. The scholarship program is administered by the REALTORS® Association of Lincoln, Equal Opportunity Cultural Diversity Committee. Applications for the scholarship are solicited in the spring and fall of each year. For more information, contact Liz Bruce (402-441-3621).

Minority Outreach Scholarship Application Form

Applicant Qualifications:

• 19 years of age or older
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Resident of REALTORS® Association of Lincoln market area
• Minority status: racial, ethnic, or national origin
• Willing to enter the first available real estate class
• Willing to enter the real estate business with a REALTORS® Association of Lincoln member company within 60 days of receiving license
• Willing to complete licensing process within one year of receiving scholarship
• Must be able to subsist financially in the business after being licensed
• Dependable transportation
