Affordable Housing Fair
The REALTORS® Association of Lincoln is committed to helping everyone achieve the dream of homeownership. As part of our efforts, we sponsor the Annual Housing Fair connecting all parties involved in a real estate transaction with prospective home buyers.
The Housing Fair is a cooperative venture of the REALTORS® Association of Lincoln, Lincoln Journal Star and the Community Learning Centers. Its purpose is to provide attendees with the information, advice and assistance needed to make owning a home a reality.
Representatives from all businesses involved in a real estate transactions -- lenders, title companies, insurance, builders, REALTORS® and foreclosure specialists -- are present to answer questions. In addition, Credit Counseling Services of Nebraska, NeighborWorks Lincoln and the City of Lincoln Urban Development are present to explain their programs.
